The Santa Maria Villa consists of 1 & 2 bedroomed self-catering apartments, situated in a peaceful residential villa area, known as Santa Maria Estate.
These villa apartments form part of a well-secured fully-detached corner villa where the owners live on the upper level, which is independent to the apartments itself. The Villa is located just 5 minutes’ walk away from the main street where one can find Bus stops, Super markets, Catering outlets, Bakery, Pharmacies and much more. Once at the main road bus routes to the Cirkewwa quay, which then leads to boat transportation to Gozo and Comino, are easy accessible.
These self-catering apartments are on ground floor each with their own sun patio and garden furniture for one to enjoy his daily meals outside. The communal swimming-pool which measures 8m x 4m and its surrounding area which is equipped with full sun bathing equipment can be found on the same level as the apartments, making these holiday apartments suitable for families with children.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Villa and a washing machine is available without charge for guests staying at the Santa Maria Villa. Weekly Linen and changing of towels are provided to our guests. All of our apartments are fully equipped with an air-conditioning system, which is optional at an extra charge. A BBQ can be arranged individually.
Airport transfers and car hire can also be arranged at any time of arrival/departure.
Santa Maria Villa Apartments – 1 Bedroom Apartments
Our 1 bedroom apartments are built with their own terrace which are equipped with sunbeds and outside furniture (tables and chairs), for our guests to enjoy their meals outside.
These 1 bedroom apartments are made up of double bedrooms all with shower enclosures and toilets, kitchen, dining and living areas. The apartment kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a 4 ring stove, a toaster, wash hand basin and a microwave. Linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided and changed weekly. Ceiling/Standing fans are provided and TV with basic cable TV channels is present in the living area.

Santa Maria Villa Apartments – 2 Bedroom Apartments
The Villa Santa Maria 2 bedroom apartments have their own terrace with table and chairs for our guests to enjoy their meals outside. These apartments are made up of a double main bedroom, 1 twin bedroom , 2 shower rooms, a living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, a cooker and an oven. Both these apartments have spacious bedrooms.
The apartments have an air conditioning system, which is optional and at an extra charge.Fans,and Ceiling Fans are also included but at no extra cost. Flat screen 32” televisions are found in the living room area. Our TV service has basic TV channels however at an extra cost extra channels can be added.

How to arrive at the Santa Maria Villa Apartments
– First please see how arrive in Mellieha from the Malta International Airport
– Upon Arriving in Mellieha (near the main Mellieha roundabout) take second exit on Left.
– Then straight ahead and when you pass by the petrol station on the right hand side, take first right.
– You are now, in Triq Ix-Xaghra ta Barra.
– Drive straight down that road and one finds the Villa Santa Maria on the Third Corner on the right.

Incredibly spacious which made it ideal for children. Location, is a short walk from a large supermarket and 10 minutes walk from main restaurant and shopping high street. A high chair and cot were supplied by Joseph. We visited early November which made the pool too cold to use but it looked very clean and inviting! Overall, good value for money and catered nicely for a family of three.
This place is great – Joe is a wonderful host, the place has all that it advertices and is located in a very nice and quiet place and in walking distance from Mellihea and if need be shopping 🙂 We recommend this place for a stay in Malta 🙂 Eva & John
Spacious apartment with great facilities. All you need for a short break with full kitchen, air conditioning, access to pool and a short walk from Mellieha centre. One room with four single beds and one ensuite room with double bed, plus full bathroom and open plan kitchen/living/dining room. More than enough room for a family and modern finish. Joseph was very hospitable and friendly.
We had a very pleasant stay! Good accommodation, very nice pool!
Villa Santa Maria is situated in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to shop and bus. The apartment was spacious. We had a pool, loungers, air conditioning in the room and Wifi. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Joe first gave us all the information we needed. We will be happy to mention our stay in Malta.
